Reservations, Rates & Payment

Our rates are dynamic and may vary depending on the season, demand, and length of stay. Please select your preferred dates to view the exact price for your visit.

To confirm your reservation:

• 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

• Bookings may be released if final payment is not received by the due date.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

We encourage guests to book with care, as each reservation represents dates held exclusively for your stay.

• All payments and prepayments are non-refundable.

• This includes cancellations, shortened stays, and no-shows.

If your plans change, you are welcome to contact us — where possible, we will always try to re-offer the dates. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Security Deposit

• No security deposit is required.

• We trust our guests will treat the accommodation with care and respect.

Respect for the Property

We have thoughtfully created this space for comfort and relaxation, and we ask guests to treat it with care.

• Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably tidy condition.

• Report any breakages or concerns promptly so we can address them.

• Costs may apply for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

Occupancy

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement.

• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed in line with safety and insurance requirements.

Liability

While we take great care to provide a safe and comfortable environment, guests accept responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay.

The property owners are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal items

• Injuries sustained on the property

• Circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, utility outages, or travel disruptions
